Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Free from damage, wear, or alterations
• In original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale or clearance items
• Items marked as final sale at checkout

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please use our Contact Form and include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• The reason for your return

We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal value. Please mention this in your return request and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form with a photo of the item. We'll make it right at no cost to you!
